Career Transition and Outplacement

Career Transition and Outplacement can provide real benefits for both the organisation and the departing staff member. You may ask why would an organisation pay for a service for a staff member who is no longer employed? An organisation has to consider the risk of redundancies on normal business operations and the bottom line.

Research shows that redundancies not only impact the wellbeing of the departing staff member, but can affect the wellbeing of remaining staff and therefore productivity, particularly if the manner of departure is not managed well. Such departures include immediate cessation (no opportunity to say ‘goodbye’), visible security presence, exiting on a Friday afternoon (or Monday morning), poor reason for termination, lack of communication to staff about the departure.

Mediation/Facilitated Meetings

Novoture provides assistance to people who are involved in conflict or like situations in the workplace. There are a number of ways in which to address a conflict situation. The most common is through mediation and we have accredited mediators with many years’ experience. We also utilise variations of the mediation model where necessary to ensure a speedier resolution to conflict.

Novoture also provides a facilitation service for meetings where an external party is seen as favourable – such as high level meetings, strategy days and workshops.
